Before you book.
How do I get in on the night?
Every ticket carries its own QR code. Open it from My Tickets and hold it up at the door — it is scanned once and works without a signal, so a screenshot is fine too.
Do I need an account?
No. Your phone number is your account. Verify it once with a code, and every ticket you have ever bought is waiting under that number on any device.
Can I buy for friends?
Yes. Choose the quantity at checkout and you will get one QR code per person, each scanned separately at the door. Forward them however you like.
What about refunds?
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled you are refunded in full, automatically, to the method you paid with. Change-of-mind refunds are down to each organiser and shown on the event page before you pay.
Which payment methods work?
InstaPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and any Visa or Mastercard. Everything is charged in Egyptian pounds with no conversion on top.
